Refund policy

REFUNDS

Refunds can be requested, in writing at nationaloffice@acsep.org.au, up to 30 days before the MOST Course date.  Refunds will be processed within 14 working days. 

Course transfer is available for cancellation within 30 days of the MOST Course. 

An administration fee of AUD100 is payable for all refunds and course transfers.

PARTIAL REFUND

Partial refund within 30 days of the MOST Course is at the discretion of the College and may be available if you are unable to attend because of illness, personal circumstance or due to an emergency. 

Partial refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the notification of a positive decision from the College.

Alternatively, a course transfer is available for cancellation within 30 days of the MOST Course. 

An administration fee of AUD100 is payable for all refunds and course transfers. 

Please apply for partial refund to National Office at nationaloffice@acsep.org.au with evidence of your special circumstances. 

 

COURSE TRANSFER

If you are unable to attend the MOST Course, transferring your registration to another date is possible - depending on availability. Please request your MOST Course transfer in writing at nationaloffice@acsep.org.au with your preferred alternative course from the published dates of the MOST course. 

Your transfer will be confirmed in writing as soon as possible and only if places are available. The decision of the College is final.
