The ACSEP ultrasound course has been created to support the practical ultrasound course. Contents of the course include physics and instrumentation, principles and pathology of ultrasound imaging and visualisation, which includes issues that may affect a clear image. Probe choice and handling technique, to ensure the best image and a successful and accurate injection, is also discussed.
This module includes a variety of media including video, graphics, and diagrams to support your learning. The final component of this resource outlines typical imaging findings for a range of commonly seen musculoskeletal conditions.
